Volubus is a young company new in the Krakow startup scene. Relocated from Berlin, Germany, we’ve chosen Krakow as the location for our operational office and we’re here building a team of dedicated professionals to bring the world the next level of bus booking. The company provides a technology solution for travellers and organizations to book and manage group transport by bus or coach around the world. Utilising optimised industry data and technology, the company connects the booker with local ground transport operators in 200+ cities, whilst providing high level customer care and support from the beginning to the end of the service, wherever it takes place.
Programme description
We are excited to introduce a unique programme tailored exclusively for students. It is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of all facets of our company. Through observation, shadowing, and mentorship, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the responsibilities within each department.
Our programme spans six months, during which you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our company’s culture, values, and operations. We are confident that this experience will be not only educational but also rewarding, and we encourage all participants to make the most of this opportunity.
The programme is fully paid, which means that participants who qualify after the recruitment process, working with us from 10 to 30 hours a week, will be compensated for the entire duration of the programme.

How the Programme works
- Onboarding: You will be introduced to the company and learn not only about our mission, values, and culture, but also about the basics of how our company operates. You will get to know the individual departments of our company and the relationships between them, and also receive the most necessary training within the given area.
- Observation: You will be observing the daily operations of various departments within our organization. This phase will give you valuable insights into the inner workings of our company.
- Shadowing: After the observation period, you will have the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals in your areas of interest. This hands-on experience will allow you to learn from the best and gain practical skills.
- Mentorship: Throughout the programme, you will be paired with a mentor who will guide you, answer your questions, and help you navigate your chosen field. Your mentor will provide valuable insights and assist you in your personal and professional growth.
- Evaluation and Progress: We will regularly evaluate your performance and progress during the programme. These evaluations will help us identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
