JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them seamlessly from their initial inquiry to the final booking. You’ll play a key role in understanding client needs, crafting personalized solutions, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience that turns inquiries into confirmed bookings and repeat business. This position requires a proactive, results-driven mindset, strong sales skills, and excellent organizational abilities, including lead conversion, upselling, and consultative selling. Your efforts will directly contribute to converting leads into satisfied customers, driving revenue growth, and maximizing overall customer value, making you a key player in both client success and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support the end-to-end booking process for services and reservations using the PipeDrive CRM, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely follow-ups that drive conversions.
- Drive sales growth by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, maintaining consistent engagement throughout the customer journey, and meeting or exceeding performance targets to maximize overall customer value.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistently high customer satisfaction.
