Volubus is a young company new in the Krakow startup scene. Relocated from Berlin, Germany, we’ve chosen Krakow as the location for our operational office and we’re here building a team of dedicated professionals to bring the world the next level of private bus travel for groups. The company provides a technology solution for travelers and travel bookers to manage group transport by bus or coach around the world by utilizing optimized industry data and technology, to connect the booker with local ground transport operators in over 200 cities. Combined with high level customer support from the beginning to the end of the service, we aim to both simplify and increase the  quality of group travel by bus in all of our active locations.

Job description

The role of Customer Support Specialist is at the heart of our daily business and service delivery for our customers. You will be contributing to both the existing customer service product and supporting our internal team with insights into how we can evolve customer support processes and interaction. Throughout the framework of the company, whether internal or external stakeholders, the customer support delivery is central to each of our department’s performance, making the role both exciting and impactful in the short and long term.

From events and tours to simple point to point transfers, the varying customer profiles and requirements ensure your daily work is varied and delivers numerous opportunities to develop and and improve your skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support of customers and operators via phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Service monitoring to ensure booked transport services is carried out as expected.
  • Helping maintain an updated client, customer and supplier management system.
  • Working within your team and with wider company stakeholders to help build an industry-defining technology solution.
